Another weekend of The Pits for weather

More Crap Weather - the 80s were short lived
Well, a week ago we had snow followed by some nice 80 degree sunny days ... and then the weekend rolled around you guessed it ... We rolled out in upper 40(s) temperature and dreary mist which turned to drizzle then back to just the normal dreary/windy day ...

I had a 20 minute effort at a good intensity and some shorter higher intensity efforts ... but it was just not a great day to be motivated for "Crankin' it Up" ...

NOTE: I was outnumbered 4 to 1 (John, Jo, & Karmon on Cervelo P3(s) & Mira on
a P2 and I was on the LONELY QR Lucero

Sunday - more of the same
Even though it was supposed to be better on Sunday ... it wasn't ... it was even more dreary and cold than on Saturday ... Met Jo to ride and then got a distress call from Karmon that she was having bike problems ...

These photos show the dreary/cold/windy day

Karmon's bike ...
(little did we know that in a few days that this area would be under several feet of water)
